2020 NAFC Board of Directors’ Nomination
The National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC) is calling for 2020 Board Nominations.
If you are interested in being considered for the NAFC Board, please complete this application and return by July 31, 2019 at 5:00 pm eastern time.
First round phone interviews for selected candidates will be held during the weeks of September 9, 2019 and September 16, 2019.
Final in-person interviews for those selected candidates will take place October 27, 2019 at the NAFC Symposium in Atlanta, GA. If a selected candidate is not going to attend the Symposium, additional phone interviews will be scheduled for the week of October 14, 2019.
Per the NAFC Bylaws a minimum of 60% of Board Members must be from the NAFC Membership Category.

Important Information for Board Nominees:
The NAFC Board holds three annual face-to-face meetings. Two are located at the NAFC offices in Alexandria, VA and one is in conjunction with the Annual Symposium.
The NAFC holds bi-monthly Board conference calls.
Board Members are expected to sit on at least one of the NAFC Working Groups or Committees.
Board candidates may be asked for more information or references as the interview process continues.

Board members have the opportunity to be reimbursed (up to $2000) for travel expenses for Board meetings with the exception of the Symposium.
