The Holistic Hub Wellbeing Fest takes place Sunday, Nov. 10th, 2024 at Hub & Spoke in Fishers, IN (Just NE of the greater Indianapolis area)
Event Time is 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The day will start with our Keynote opening at 11:00 a.m. and vendor village will open immediately following. All vendor set-up must be completed by 10:30 a.m. and further specifics on set-up will be shared closer to event date. Please plan the whole morning for arrival and set-up that day.
** As a vendor we require your presence for the duration of the event. Set-up details for day of event will be sent closer to the event date.
** DIRECT SALES/PRODUCTS **
We will allow up to 2 vendors to promote any one product line. Must be approved >> Contact Jennifer@seffrinsynergy.com
** FOOD VENDORS **
If you are selling food you must comply with the Fishers Health Dept. No home based businesses permitted. More details below in the application.
** Vendor fees are non-refundable

Are You a Food Vendor?
** No home-based food allowed. Your business must be licensed and work out of a commercial kitchen.
NOTE: Food vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance to Indy Holistic Hub prior to event day. Food vendors who plan to offer food or beverages for sale or sampling and conduct on site food preparation at Wellbeing Fest may need to obtain a temporary retail food establishment license and adhere to further guidelines outlined by Fisher Health Department.

What to bring & Agreements:
Please bring tablecloth and professional set-up, such as signs, literature, handouts, business cards, table decor, wellness products, promotional items. Please consider something interactive such as mini-sessions, prize drawings, wellness game or activity.
You are permitted to sell products and services at event. You are solely responsible for transactions and securing signed waivers for services rendered (free or paid).
Marketing Teamwork! Vendors shall make a conscious effort to promote the event via their marketing channels such as newsletters, social media, handing out marketing materials, and personal invites.
WiFi will be available.
