COVID19 Reservation Reduction & Family Form
This form is intended to be completed by UNIT LEADERS or Family Account Administrators for TWILIGHT/DAY CAMP or some PROVISIONAL Scouts.

This form is designed to:
1. Make a reduction in the number of Scouts planning to attend a 2020 Summer Camp Session.
2. Serve as a refund request for Families that have registered as a family for TWILIGHT/DAY CAMP or provisionally for a summer camp program. (All other individuals wanting a refund requisition must contact your UNIT LEADER).

If your unit or family has multiple reservations that need to be edited (i.e. reservation for Cub Scout Resident Cap and Webelos Resident Camp), please submit a separate request for each camp session.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.

Any requests for refunds submitted less than 21 days before your unit's scheduled arrival day at camp will be considered on an case-by-case basis if there are unique extenuating situations. This cutoff date is established and necessary due to the Council needing adequate prior notice in order to modify food and supply orders, as well as scheduling of summer camp staff.
