To register for the parade, fill out the form below and click the Submit button. This will send your form to the parade committee. Once you submit the entry, the entry information is emailed directly to CDCCP.

Entry Fees are not required this year, however, donations are requested and can be mailed or handed in the day of the event to Parade Staff who can also assist you with lineup numbers.

ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE ACCEPTED, HOWEVER, ALL 'AFTER DEADLINE' ENTRANTS WILL BE PLACED AT THE END OF THE LINEUP AND NO GUARANTEE IS MADE AS TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT AT THE REVIEWING STAND.

In consideration for your participation in said Parade, the individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other does hereby release and forever discharge the CDCCP, Inc. Parade Committee, and all volunteers and its officers, board, employees, and volunteers, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and for upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the event.

This release extends and applies to and includes all unknown, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability, and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provisions of any state, federal, local, or territorial law or statute providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages that are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived.

I hereby agree by submitting this entry, on behalf of my heirs, executor, administrators, and assigns, to indemnify CDCCP, and all volunteers and its officers, board, employees, sponsors, and volunteers, jointly and severally, from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands for, upon, or by reason of any damage, loss, or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the Parade.

It is further understood and agreed that said participation in Parade is not to be construed as an admission of any liability and acceptance of assumption of responsibility by Parade Committee and its officers, board, employees, and volunteers, jointly and severally, and the participant shall indemnify The CDCCP, Inc., Committee and its officers, board, employees, and volunteers, sponsors, jointly and severally, for all damages and expenses for which The Parade Committee, its officers, board, employees, and volunteers, become liable as a result of any alleged act of the parade participant.

Entries that are deemed inappropriate by the Parade Committee are subject to review and or ejection from the parade.
