Giselle Participation Form 2027
Dear Parents,
As we begin preparations for our annual production of Giselle, we ask that every family complete this Participation Form.
Our annual production is an important part of the North Central Ballet curriculum, and we need to know whether your child will be participating so we can begin planning casting, costumes, and production logistics.
Giselle will be presented on Saturday, June 5, 2027, at 7:00 PM. All students enrolled in our children's program are invited and encouraged to participate.
Please note that selecting "Yes" is a commitment to participate in the production. Costume and performance fees are non-refundable, as costume orders and production expenses begin immediately after participation is confirmed.
