PURPOSE OF THIS CONSULTATION
This online form helps us assess your hair's condition, history, and goals to ensure a successful Hair Extension service and schedule the best service for you.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT
1. Complete the Form: Fill out and submit the Hair Extension consultation form.

2. Review Process: Ms. CeCe (Stylist) will review your form and offer personalized recommendations based on your hair's condition. Additional details may be requested as needed.

3. Response: Expect an email response within 72 business hours. Our appointment coordinator, Joy, is available Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM. You'll receive a confirmed appointment quote and summary regarding your hair's suitability.

4. Confirm Your Appointment: Review the personalized quote and respond with your preferred dates via email or text to our Client Service Coordinator.

5. Secure Your Booking: Submit payment for your selected Keratin Treatment service or choose a payment plan option to finalize your appointment.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- You may be placed on a waitlist with an estimated wait time of 1-4 weeks.
- A response is required within 72 hours (3 days) to schedule your appointment. Failure to respond will forfeit the booking.

- We will take non-identifiable photos/videos for social media to showcase our services.

Additionally, the expertise of your stylist plays a crucial role in the successful installation of extensions.

  • Hair Extensions Human hair is a separate cost. If you want to purchase Human Hair from us, you MUST BOOK an In-Person HAIR EXTENSION TEXTURE MATCH CONSULTATION [$50] appointment which is deducted from the final purchase of the extension hair cost.

    Please be aware that an in-person consultation is necessary to select your hair type and texture match

    Standard hair orders typically require 3-5 business days for processing, shipping, and delivery to our location, so please allow adequate time for your extension hair to arrive.

    For custom hair extensions, the delivery time is approximately 7-14 business days.

    Important Note: We do not schedule installation appointments until we have received the tracking number for your hair orders.

    To reserve your appointment, full payment or a confirmed payment plan is required. This helps us prevent double booking and secure your selected time.

    To confirm your hair extension installation, please pay in full or set up a payment plan. All payments and plans are non-refundable and non-transferable to ensure dedicated scheduling.
  • HAIR EXTENSION REFUNDS

    Endless Creations Salon does not provide refunds or discounts on hair or hair services. However, we are committed to addressing any issues you may encounter and will gladly work to resolve them to ensure your satisfaction with your hair extensions.
  • We offer several budget-friendly payment options to assist with the cost of your extension installation services.

  • HAIR EXTENSION CANCELLATION POLICY (strictly enforced):

    We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all Specialty service appointments with (1) courtesy reschedule modification.
  • HAIR EXTENSION LATE ARRIVALS

    Hair Extension Late Arrivals & Tardiness Policy
    Tardiness can lead to scheduling conflicts and service disruptions!

    Late Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer a 15-minute grace period, extending flexibility both ways.

    If you expect to arrive 15 minutes or more late, please communicate with Jay, our Client Services Coordinator, at 480-485-4413. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment and may impose a penalty fee.

    - Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their Extension Installation appointment will incur an additional charge of $25.00, and all fees must be settled upon arrival.

    - If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule your appointment.

    Important Note: This is a specialized service that requires 4 to 6 hours of appointment time.

    To ensure our salon operates smoothly and efficiently, we kindly ask that all clients arrive on time for their appointments. Thank you for your understanding!
