    Please join us this year in our mission to support and strengthen health networks. Your presence as a sponsor and/or exhibitor enables NCHN to serve its nationwide membership, supporting their efforts to improve healthcare access and services across the country.

    Exhibitor: $1,100
    Sponsor: $2,500 / $3,500 / $5,000

  • Name of organization to be used for event marketing.
  • NCHN reserves the option to edit your description if it exceeds available space on the website or program (Recommended: 250 words or less).

  • Organization Logo

    High resolution (300dpi) logos, must be received by March 31, 2025.

  • Sponsor & Exhibitor Rate and Payment

    After receipt of application and, if necessary, confirmation of sponsor selection, we will send an electronic invoice. We prefer check or ACH payment. Credit card payment is available.

    SPONSOR RATES
    $2,500 & $3,500    , includes 1 representative. $5,000, includes 2 representatives.

    EXHIBITOR RATE
    $1,100     , includes 1 representative.

    Additional Exhibitor and Sponsor representatives are $650 each. All representatives are welcome to attend all aspects of the conference including; sessions, meals & breaks, the reception & networking event.

  • Terms & Cancellation

    Applications should be received by March 14, 2025.

    ACCEPTANCE of SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION and SPONSORSHIP ASSIGNMENT
    Applications for sponsorships are subject to review by NCHN's Conference Planning Committee. NCHN Business Partners and prior NCHN Conference Sponsors are given priority for selecting sponsor options.

    ACCEPTANCE OF EXHITOR APPLICATION AND ASSIGNMENT OF EXHIBIT SPACE
    Applications for exhibit space are subject to review by NCHN's Conference Planning Committee. Selection of & space assignments will be based on: NCHN Business Partner status, 2025 Conference Sponsor, number of years as a prior NCHN exhibitor, number of years as a prior NCHN sponsor, and then on a first-paid basis. No assignments will be made until payment is received. The 2025 Conference Planning Committee reserves the right to make such changes to the floor plan of displays as may be deemed necessary.

    All applications should be received by March 14, 2025. Those received after this deadline or after space is filled, will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified if space becomes available.

    PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
    Sponsor & Exhibitor invoices must be paid in order to confirm designated sponsorship assignment and exhibit display space. No refunds will be made for space not utilized during the conference. The 2025 Conference Planning Committee retains the option of returning funds.

    By providing your contact information, you authorize the National Cooperative of Health Networks to communicate with you regarding event information and to process your application.
