The HousingJobs Campaign seeks to promote the following policy positions intended to increase state revenues to fund the creation or preservation of affordable housing.

 Secure $100 million in housing development funding gap resources through bonding 
 Capture the growth of the existing deed and mortgage taxes to expand housing production capacity 
 Create a Minnesot housing tax credit to leverage additional private sector dollars for housing
