Payment, Cancellation, & Consent

PAYMENT & CONSENT
By clicking "Submit" you are agreeing to pay your registration fee. You are also giving permission for your name and contact information to be published in any listing of participants that may be prepared and released by NCHN.

You are also consenting to allow the Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown, to provide NCHN your room reservation information. Specifically your name, company name, room rate and arrival and departure dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If for some unfortunate reason you should be unable to attend the 2026 NCHN Conference after registering, NCHN will refund the registration fee if you meet the following guidelines:

The 2026 Annual Conference registration fee, minus a $50 processing & cancellation fee, will be refunded after the conference, if written cancellation is received by Linda Weiss at lweiss@nchn.org by March 31, 2026. Unfortunately, if a cancellation request is received after that date, NCHN cannot refund the registration fee. If the fee has not already been paid, it will be due upon receipt of an invoice from NCHN. NCHN is unable to provide a refund after March 31, 2026 because NCHN will be committed to all applicable conference expenses.

If you should need to cancel after the March 31st deadline and wish to send a substitute, NCHN will switch the registration to the new conference attendee, but cannot guarantee that this person will be included in the conference listing of participants and/or have a printed name badge. If you have questions about the cancellation policy, please check with Linda Weiss at lweiss@nchn.org

MARKETING PROHIBITED
As a conference attendee, marketing & promoting your, or your organization's, products & services is prohibited. If you would like to market products & services please submit an Exhibitor Application.

After submission, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration. From there you will be able to access the conference website to learn more event details and pay your registration fee. We will also email you an electronic invoice. You can pay that invoice by credit card or check.
