STUDENT AGREEMENT

In order to be eligible for the program, you must agree to all of the following statements by checking each box:

I will attend an in-person Workforce Skills Training on either March 26 or March 29.

I will attend Workforce Skills Training on the following date: *

Tuesday, March 29; 4:30 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. at Berkner High School

I will complete the required Workforce Skills Training prep work and create a personal resume before attending the Workforce Skills Training date selected above.

(Prep work for training is expected to take around 8 hours to complete. Student applicants will receive prep work assignments on or before March 7.)

I will attend the in-person Job Fair at the Eisemann Center in Richardson, Texas on Tuesday, April 26; 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

IF selected as an intern, I agree to: *

Be available to work 10 - 40 hours per week for at least 8 weeks during the 10-week internship period covering June 6 – August 12, 2022.

Attend 2 full days of Internship Work Readiness Training on Wednesday, June 1 and Thursday, June 2, 2022 at the Richardson ISD Professional Development Center.
