Night of Remembrance 2019
In memory of those who have graced your life, we invite you to help us light up the night with love, as we line the Ravenscroft campus walkways with luminaries lit in memory of those who have died. Memorial placards (4.25" x 5.5") from adults and/or children, printed with a commemorative message, will be placed at the base of each luminary.

ALL requests are due by Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Keepsake printed commemorative messages must be picked up at the service OR at Transitions GriefCare office by February 3, 2020. Questions? Call 919-719-7199.

During the service, the name(s) of those who are being remembered will be read aloud and shown on the auditorium's screen. If you do not wish to have the name(s) read aloud, please indicate so as you complete this form.
