Slack Employee Store Return/Exchange Request
To expedite your return or exchange, all information below must be complete.

You will receive a confirmation email that includes your Return Authorization number (RA#) and an address to which you should ship your return/exchange goods. Please include a copy of the return/exchange form with your shipment.

All returns/exchanges must be requested and received within 30 days of original order date.

Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

  • If you are returning/exchanging more than 3 items, please email us at teamslack@boundlessnetwork.com to facilitate your request.

  • After clicking submit, you will receive an email including your Return Information.

    Print two copies. Include one in the package with your return. Keep 1 for your records.

    Note regarding return freight: Unless you were sent the incorrect item or the item was defective on arrival, you are responsible for arranging shipment back to us.

    If your items received the incorrect item or the item was defective, you will receive a return shipment label via email after you submit your request.
