• Medals awarded to top 3 teams.
• $120 / 2 Player Team.
• Use the Registration ORDER FORM in the packet to pay with cash, check or credit card.
• Registration Deadline: Entries must be received by May 20, 2022 to be listed in the program.
• Late Registration Deadline: June 3, 2022

• Rules: CBI Rules and Code of Conduct will be enforced.
• Balls: Composition Balls (107mm diameter and 920 grams) Balls are provided or bring your own.
• Uniform: Teams must wear matching shirts in both style and color. The USBF Logo, State Flag and Player Names are NOT required. No tank tops, sleeveless shirts, blue jean pants or shorts are allowed. Pants should match, at least in color. Please review USBF Uniform Stantards.
• Membership: All players must be a member of the USBF in order to play.
