Please fill out this form if you are interested in the KCFW Model Workshop on June 28th.

If you are not certain that you will be able to attend, please do not register as space is extremely limited.

This workshop is for models that are are interested in auditioning or want to brush up on their skills.

Please wear fitted black clothing. If you are 13 or older, please bring heels.

DUE TO SPACE, we request models come alone. Anyone 12 or younger may have a single parent or guardian with them.
