UOnline Summer Monthly Payment Plan Request Form
This form is for UOnline students to let the UOnline Academic Advising Team know that you will be requesting a Monthly Payment Plan (MPP) for the Summer term. Once you submit this form we will route it to the Office of Student Accounts.

It is important to note that all Summer MPP requests must be activated manually by the Office of Student Accounts and are only available in a 2 payment installment option:

MPP Request Deadline: Wednesday, April 30, 2025
Payment 1 Due: Monday, May 5, 2025
Payment 2 Due: Thursday, June 5, 2025



Once the MPP is activated, students must then enroll in the MPP option via Canelink -> Financials. Students who miss the MPP Request Deadline will not have a 2 payment option and will need to pay their bill in full by Day 1 of the Summer semester (May 5, 2025).


Financial Aid Students: If you plan on utilizing a MPP to cover any outstanding balance you have after your financial aid loan(s) have been applied, your loan(s) must be showing as anticapted aid on your bill. To ensure your aid is properly showing, you must have accepted/declined your Financial Aid award in Canelink and submitted all required documents.
