As the owner of the above address, I have read and confirm that we are in compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Lindsford Neighborhood II (Article XI, Section 7), which requires all homeowners to pressure wash their roofs every three (3) years to remove accumulated dirt and mold.
