Add Your Images to the CPSA DC 207 Website Gallery
You are invited to show up to 15 images in the gallery section of our chapter website.
Complete this form and attach your image(s). Images should be 1900 pixels wide on the longest edge and no larger than 3 MB in jpg format.
Label each image this way: “Lastname-Firstname-Title.jpg” (example: SmithAnn-MyImage.jpg).
The information about each image will be provided in this form. The last question will ask which image you want as your thumbnail which is the image that will represent your gallery. Gallery images are protected from both download and drag & drop.
If you already have a gallery page and simply want to add new images then you can enter them in the top image fields and not worry about proper number placement or completing the whole form.

I give permission to cpsa207.org to exhibit up to 15 pieces of my artwork. The images will be watermarked. I will not hold CPSA District Chapter 207 responsible for any copyright infringement. The Artist hereby certifies that he or she holds the copyright for this material and the copyright remains with said Artist. CPSA DC 207 will display a notice that material must not be “downloaded” or copied, but will not be held responsible if artwork is copied. The Artist also certifies that the work submitted is original and does not infringe on any existing copyright. If artwork includes image of any person, Artist certifies that a model release for such people has been obtained.
