Ride for Rescue Registration Form
This form is required for the 5th Annual Ride for Rescue at Elkins Creek to support and promote equine adoption with an awesome weekend of trail riding, competition and fun!
This is a tentative guide to help us know how many people to expect for meals and events, as well as for T-shirt orders.
T-shirts will be full front and back printing with an all NEW LOGO design for the event.
Sponsors will be on the back.
You can choose from most events ala carte style, however everyone attending two or more days must check the basic package. This helps us cover the costs of this event.
However, if you plan to only attend a single day, you do not have to pay the basic package: just choose the events you want to participate in ala carte. However, you are welcome to choose the basic package as well.
New for this year, as part of the basic package, we are excited to offer the opportunity for you to receive a one hour private training session from one of our trainers (Nelson Detweiler and Krys Paskiet) on any issue you are having with your horse. Time slots will be limited so be sure to sign up early during the event.
You will receive a free raffle ticket for the basic package and each additional event or meal you choose.
Also, in addition to this registration form, YOU MUST call or email Elkins Creek Camp to make your camping arrangements IF you are camping or need horse stalls at all (additional camping costs will occur for those needs):
http://www.elkinscreekhorsecamp.com/ (740) 643-2416
You can pre-pay or pay the day of the event with cash or check. You may pre-pay with Paypal with a credit card at this link below, and please just let us know on this form you plan to pre-pay.
Donations above fees are accepted and appreciated.
