Ride for Rescue Registration Form
This form is required for the 5th Annual Ride for Rescue at Elkins Creek to support and promote equine adoption with an awesome weekend of trail riding, competition and fun!
This is a tentative guide to help us know how many people to expect for meals and events.
T-shirts will be full front and back printing with an all NEW LOGO design for the event. These are pre-order this year, so sizing will be based on availability.
You can choose from most events ala carte style, however everyone attending two or more days must check the basic package. This helps us cover the costs of this event.
However, if you plan to only attend a single day, you do not have to pay the basic package: just choose the events you want to participate in ala carte. However, you are welcome to choose the basic package as well.
You will receive a free raffle ticket for the basic package and each additional event or meal you choose.
Also, in addition to this registration form, YOU MUST call or email Elkins Creek Camp to make your camping arrangements IF you are camping or need horse stalls at all (additional camping costs will occur for those needs):

You can pre-pay or pay the day of the event with cash or check. You may pre-pay with Paypal with a credit card at this link below, and please just let us know on this form you plan to pre-pay.

T-shirts not reserved ahead of time will be $20 the weekend of the event. Add $2 for 2XL and larger. Sizes sell out fast, can select from HOP or Ride for Rescue Shirts, if needed, for sizing

3:00 - 6:00: Check In with HOP
4:30-5:30 : Demonstration by Legacy Sport Horses/Erin O'Neill
6:00 - 7:00 Welcome by Tinia Creamer and Dinner
7:00: Live Music
Saturday: May 1
7:00 - 8:00 am Breakfast
9:00 - 12:00 Cowboy Challenge on Rick's new Course
12:00-3:00 Trail Ride/Poker Run
5:30 - 6:00 Stick Horse Deby Race (adult and kid divisions)
6:00 - 7:00 Dinner
Derby Hat Competition (Funniest Hat and Classic Derby Hat divisions) Wear them during the dinner for judging
7:00 pm View the Derby and Have Non Alcoholic Mint Juleps.
Winners will be annouced for the Hat and Pick A Winner Pot Luck after the race.
Sunday (May 2)

10:00 Trail Ride at Your Leisure
Note: Having an issue with your horse? Erin O'Neill will work with you and your horse one on one for one hour. Cost is a donation to HOP. Limited spots available. Sign up at the registration desk.
