Portal Store UI (Look/Feel) Customization
Please complete and submit the information below to request Mission Control to update your client's Portal Store User Interface to match their brand guidelines.

  • Color Schemes

    Enter the color name and the associated hex code for the client specific color. Hex codes can usually be found in your client's brand guidelines.

    Hex codes are 6 alpha-numeric characters preceded by #
    Examples: Red #CE1E2D, Gray #97999B, Black #000000, White #FFFFFF

    If you don't have hex codes, we can look them up from PMS colors.

    If you've already sent the logo to Mission Control, you can skip this step.

    A favicon is a small version of the client's logo or iconography and is displayed in the tab on the user's browser. See examples below.
  • Buy Now Icon

    This icon shows on the category image, the product tile in the category and on the product detail page. See example below.
  • Examples: shopping cart, shopping basket, purple checkmark, etc.
  • Special Order Banner

    This is the banner that is displayed below the header when a buyer has special (custom) order items enabled from a Project for shopping cart checkout.
    See example below.
  • Punchout Message

    This special message is only visible if you have a punchout integrated store and the user has not logged in via their procurement system.

    Default example is below for reference.
  • Default says: You haven't logged in via your procurement system. You will be able to add items to your cart, but you will not be able to complete the checkout process without logging in via your procurement system.

  • What happens after I submit my request?

    Once you submit your request, it will be assigned to the appropriate team member who may reach out to you to confirm all necessary details and to determine the expected execution timeline.
