By “Signing” below, you agree to the following:
I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages, death, personal injury or property damage which I may SUSTAIN, or which hereafter accrue to me, against Brew Ha Ha Productions, James Events, Oak Canyon Park, Silverado, CA as a result of my participation in the SILVERADO SHOWDOWN. THIS WAIVER IS INTENDED TO DISCHARGE BREW HA HA PRODUCTIONS, JAMES EVENTS, and OAK CANYON PARK SILVERADO, CA, THEIR AUXILIARY ORGANIZATIONS, TRUSTEES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AUTHORIZED VOLUNTEERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT, EXCEPT WHERE CAUSED BY THE ACTIVE NEGLIGENCE, SOLE NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF THE AFOREMENTIONED. I understand and agree that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is binding on my heirs and assigns. I understand that I may be refused entry or removed from the event, at the sole discretion of the producer of this event and there assignees for any misconducts causing annoyance or danger to others including but not limited to, excessive cursing, aggressive behavior, etc. I give my permission to Brew Ha Ha Productions, charity partners, media and local sponsors to use my name, any photographs, or any other media including video or audio format collected at this event.
