SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The intention of this scholarship opportunity is to provide partial financial assistance for students who would otherwise be unable to participate in Broken Leg's 2021 programming. It is our hope that no student will have to miss out on an enriching performance opportunity due to financial concerns. Please note, however, that we may not necessarily be able to guarantee scholarships to all who apply.

-Scholarship applications should be submitted along with your registration
-We will not process your registration until the deadline, but will save your slot.

Due to COVID-19 our scholarship capabilities are limited.

Please identify what type of aid you are requesting. Please note we may not be able to grant your complete request, but will accommodate as much as possible.
Partial tuition remission: I am able to cover some of the costs of my/my student's tuition, but would appreciate any financial assistance that may be available. Without this assistance I/my student may or may not be able to participate.
Please specify show(s) for which you are requesting aid.
Parent or Student Statement: In a short written response, please tell us why you/your student want to participate with Broken Leg this fall, and in what ways this financial award could help. Please note that this statement can come from the student or from a parent/guardian on behalf of their student.
If there is any additional information that you feel may be relevant to your need and that you would like us to consider as we review scholarship applications, please share it at this time.
