Agency Fees Disclosure:

We love what we do, however, we have been having too many travelers ask for multiple quotes, and then use the information given to book independently. When this happens, we spend hours of our time planning and researching and are not compensated for our work. We are only paid commissions by the supplier directly after you have completed your trip. When a trip is cancelled our commission is not protected and we are not compensated for our work.

We feel implementing a fee at this time is the best way we can continue to provide high quality service for our loyal clients; and weed out those not serious about working with us. We will always be transparent about our fees and will always discuss them with you upfront, so you know exactly what to expect.

2024 Agency Fees:
Planning & Research Fee: Payment is required before we can begin the proposal process. This is a one-time non-refundable fee for our time and service.
Land/Cruise Vacation: $35.00 Per Reservation

Cancellation Fee: Cancellation for airfare, tour, hotel, cruise and any other travel service booked with Magnolia Grace Vacations after deposit is made is subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee. These travel services are also subject to the supplier (airline and tour operator) cancellation policy.
$100.00 per person not to exceed $200.00 per booking
