    I have been in the customer service and Sales industry in a call center setting for over 5 years. I worked for prominent US companies like Citibank, and Bank of America to name a few.

    I started my career in the call center industry as a customer service representative in IBM under a Citibank account. My main role was to provide solutions to customers concerned about their credit card. We also do data entry and updates of the customers' data information. After 6 months of working as a CSR I transitioned to sales where we sell features and benefits of the credit cards. I was one of the top performers in sales where I received commendations and awards.

    I also worked in Teletech under a Bank of America account. My main role was a customer service representative where I handled savings, checking and online banking. After 6 months I was promoted to a Product Coach/Trainer where I trained new hire agents in a classroom setting. I trained them on how to provide excellent service and to be familiar with our products and services. I also handle 10-15 new hired agents, I help them develop their call handling skills and product knowledge before they transition to their respective team managers.

    Recently, When pandemic happened, I ventured into freelancing jobs and I landed a job as a Business Development representative in a Digital marketing company. My main role is to look for business partners and offer them a VA and ISA by setting an appointment to our sales team and maintaining client relationships with the company. I am responsible as well for client retention and to make sure that they are still happy with the products and services we offered.

    Most recently I finished the course “Sales Closing Strategy” in LinkIn and had training in Neuro Linguistic Programming ( NLP ) in Sales that helped me sharpen my skills. My experience in Administration, Sales, and Customer service and ability to multitask with minimal supervision make me the perfect candidate for the job. I know my skill set and industry knowledge will be invaluable to the company.
