Requests submitted by parents, legal guardians, or eligible students are processed in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Depending on the scope of the request and the time needed to verify authorization, processing may take up to
45 days.

Legal Guardian must complete if student is under 18. If student is 18+, they are their own legal guardian.
