Cotter has had a passion for real estate and finance for as long as he can remember. He went on to have a successful career in real estate development and house construction as a result of his passion. He has obtained general contractor licenses in Georgia and Florida as a result of these combined adventures since 1991. The entrepreneur is currently in charge of significant teams in this state and numerous others.



The Atlanta native is also the creator of Silverstone Communities, as well as Peachtree Residential Group and Cotter Properties & Development. Silverstone Residential, like Peachtree Residential Group, is a home-building-focused Georgia real estate corporation. Both of Cotter's enterprises are presently active in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
