2025 EDI Micro Grants Program
Please read the Eligibility Criteria, Program Guidelines, Assessment and Conditions & Requirements of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Micro Grants Program (EDI Grants Program) before completing this submission form (www.londonarts.ca/investments).

The eligible applicants must ensure that all required information is provided.

Late submissions are not accepted and incomplete submissions are disqualified. It is the responsibility of the applicants to ensure that the submission is complete.

Consultation is strongly advised. Prior to starting a submission you should consult with a London Arts Council staff member to determine eligibility requirements. Consultation does not guarantee an investment. Consultation means a conversation via zoom, email or phone, at which time the applicant provides detailed information on the proposed project and budget.

  • ARTISTIC, CREATIVE, PRACTICE ABILITY

    Describe your overall artistic or creative work and/or practice, including history and achievements. What is important to you in your work (cultural influences, identity, geography, community, language, etc.) and why? Describe how the proposed work relates to your overall practice, and the relevant themes/techniques/aesthetic and/or cultural concerns that you plan to explore.

    I/we understand that if there is significant change to the project this must be approved by the London Arts Council first, and/or if I/we fail to carry through with the project, I/we may be required to return the investment to the London Arts Council.

    • Late submissions are not accepted by the online system, and incomplete submissions are disqualified and will not be reviewed by the assessment panel.

    • The London Arts Council’s EDI Grants Program Assessment Panel decisions are final, and are not subject to appeal. Any questions or concerns must be directed to the London Arts Council.

    • The EDI Grants Program does not make retroactive investments.
