Officers spend more time off duty than on. Increasingly, more and more officers are becoming involved in use-of-force encounters while off duty. This course will help to prepare officers for different types of situations that could occur while off duty. During this course, officers will be familiarized with their off duty weapon and will become more comfortable in deploying it. Officers should attend this course with civilian clothing, their off duty weapon, and an appropriate concealed holster.
Equipment Needed: Off duty handgun,
concealed holster that you carry
off duty, 1-2 Magazines, 200 Rounds of Handgun Ammunition, Appropriate Clothing and Safety gear for Firearms Range.
