How to use this form.

Please use this form to share any concern – no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, that an individual may have acted in a manner which is not consistent with ECB Safe Hands guidance and/or club or coaches Code of Conduct (including inappropriate conduct outside the cricket environment).

Please note - the Subject of the concern is the person who the potential complaint is being raised against.

(Any incident meeting the threshold for a referral to the ECB Safeguarding Team should be reported using an ECB referral form without delay).
