Thank you for your interest in the USA Hockey Advanced Officiating Development Program (AODP). Designed to identify, develop, and train officials aspiring to work at the highest levels of hockey, the AODP provides a structured pathway for advancement.

Officials selected for the program may be assigned to games across USA Hockey-sanctioned junior, youth, girls’, and women’s hockey, including opportunities in the USHL, NAHL, NA3HL, NAPHL, and other high-level leagues and events. These assignments provide officials with valuable experience, support their development, and help prepare them for advancement through multiple levels of competition.

Through a comprehensive development model that emphasizes education, mentorship, coaching, and evaluation, the AODP helps officials maximize their potential and prepare for advancement to the next stage of their officiating careers.
