*Additional tables will incur a fee of $40 each.

HOTEL INFORMATION:
*ONLY REGISTERED VENDORS ARE ELIGIBLE TO RESERVE HOTEL ROOMS AT THE JURISDICTIONAL CONVENTION RATE.

HOTEL ROOM RATE:
Hotel Reservation Rates – (including taxes & resort fees) - $185.89.
One night plus tax will be charged to your credit card when making reservations. A $100 incidentals fee will be held on your credit card at check-in. This amount will be refunded/released if not used. Be sure to review the cancellation policy when booking your hotel room. *

INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
LIABILITY: It is agreed and understood that in exchange for permission to offer for sale products or services or both at and during the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ 106th Holy Convocation (the “PCEJ and COGIC”), to be conducted at the Valley Forge Casino Resort, 1160 First Avenue, King of Prussia, PA 19406, the Vendor, the Vendor’s successors, employees, agents, attorneys and any person, assume the entire responsibility and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the PCEJ and COGIC, its officers, employees, managers, and agents against all claims, losses and damages to persons or personal property, property, charges or fines and attorney fees arising from or caused by the Vendor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof. PCEJ and COGIC is not responsible for an interruption in business or any property loss or damage incurred by the Vendor. In addition, The Vendor agree and forever release the PCEJ and COGIC, including its officers, employees, managers, and agents from all manner of actions, causes of action, damages, suits and claims and demands whatsoever, specifically including, but in no way limited to, all matters arising from or relating to the authorization granted by the PCEJ and COGIC for permission to participate in the Event.

2. Vendor also specifically agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the PCEJ and COGIC from any claim, action, proceeding, liability, damage, loss, including but not limited to any attorney fees, court costs, or both, arising out of the Event. If the PCEJ and COGIC is named in any such claim, action or proceeding; the Vendor shall defend the PCEJ and COGIC at no cost whatsoever to the PCEJ and COGIC with legal counsel paid for by the Vendor and selected by and approved by the PCEJ and COGIC.

3. Vendor further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the PCEJ and COGIC free and harmless from any and all claims of any nature or kind whatsoever by any individual or entity whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Event, including any time associated with preparations for it, and travel to and departure from the Event site.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

PARTICIPATION: This conference is not designed for wholesale activity, therefore we reserve the right to refuse participation, or at any point reserve the right to remove any Vendor from premises for cause or no reason whatsoever. Any Vendor may be refused the right to display or sell merchandise deemed objectionable, unacceptable or unrelated to the theme and purpose of the Event. The PCEJ and COGIC reserves the right to reassign a booth at any time for any reason whatsoever. It is further understood and agreed by and between the parties identified in this document that no promise, assurance, warranty, representation or agreement not expressed in this document has been made by the parties to this document and that the terms of the document are contractual. The Vendor who signs this document states, represents and warrants to the PCEJ and COGIC that he or she is the legal agent of the Vendor and has legal authority to sign and bind the Vendor to the terms of this document.

PAYMENT: THE PCEJ VENDOR AGREEMENT IS NOT FULLY EXECUTED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND THE AGREEMENT SIGNED AND DATED. The Vendor may not set up or enter the Exhibit Area until the Vendor Agreement is fully executed. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE JULY 31st, 2026. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Online Vendor Registration is available at www.cogicofpa.org

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF SPACE: No Vendor shall sublet / broker any part of the space allocated to him/her. Solicitations or demonstrations by Vendors must be confined within the boundaries of their own respective booths.

Vendors are PROHIBITED from taping, hanging, pinning, or otherwise affixing anything to the venue space/property. Failure to comply may result in vendor forfeiting all paid monies and the right to vend for the remainder of the conference as well as subject to having future applications denied. The vendor will be held liable and billed accordingly for restoration charges if damage or losses occur to the venue space/property.”

TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT: This agreement may be terminated by the PCEJ and COGIC at any time on the breach of any of the conditions by the Vendor, and all Vendor’s rights shall cease and terminate, and any payments made by the Vendor shall be retained by the PCEJ and COGIC as liquidated damages for breach of agreement, and the PCEJ and COGIC may reassign or re-sell the booth space. *
