Heart of Phoenix will transport, vet, provide daily care for and fully rehabilitate any/all equine(s) part of a legal case on this date during the course of a legal case for this county at no cost to the county, contingent on the county fully surrendering the horse(s) to Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue, upon the settlement of the legal case.
Should the county and / or Heart of Phoenix be ordered to return the equine(s) of this case to the county or former / current owner(s), either through a judgement in the court system or agreement made by the county, the county will be fully responsible for the full cost of care of the equine(s) and will reimburse Heart of Phoenix in a timely manner.
Heart of Phoenix will not be responsible for transport back to the county or former / current owners at any point.
Heart of Phoenix is not be responsible for death, escape or other unpredictable instances of injury to any equine(s) in our care for the county during the course of any legal case while we foster equine(s) for the county in question.
