Global Tax Service LLC is a national tax preparation firm. Our services include: individual and small business tax preparation services and bookkeeping for small businesses.

We are seeking poised, professional, and customer driven to fill several positions for our fast paced tax office in Indianapolis, IN for the 2021 Tax Season.

The deadline to submit your application will be September 20, 2020. Must be available for training starting October 5, 2020.

• Receptionist (2 open positions - 1 full time/ 1 part time/on-call)
Rate of pay $13.00 per hour
Availability Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm
Saturday 8am - 5pm

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
•Client Intake Specialist (4 open positions)
Rate of pay $14.00 per hour
Availability Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm
Saturday 8am - 5pm

This is a customer service and data entry position. The right candidates will need to be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM with accuracy. Exceptional customer service skills, data entry, active listening, punctuality, are a must.
• Office Manager (1 position)
Rate of pay $18.00 per hour

Office managers essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff. Responsibilities typically include:

• Experience in an administrative role
• Knowledge of software packages -
Microsoft Office Suite
• Good interpersonal and time management
• Organizing meetings and managing
• Booking transport and accommodation
• Organizing company events or conferences
• Ordering stationery and furniture
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints
and queries
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports
• Supervising and monitoring the work of
administrative and client support staff
• Managing office budgets
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Implementing and maintaining
procedures/office administrative systems
• Delegating tasks to junior employees
• Organizing induction programs for new
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are
up to date
• Using a range of software packages
• Attending meetings with senior
• Assisting the organization's HR function by
keeping personnel records up to date,
arranging interviews and so on.
• Processing payroll and corresponding with
payroll company for inquires and other
• Bookkeeper (1 position)
Rate of Pay $17.00 per hour

Oversee a client's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. They perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Must pass diploma certification program in 6 months of start date.
