Busch Park - 2022 Tournament Request
This form indicates only a request by the permit applicant. All forms must be received by Monday, December 20th at 8am for consideration. All applicants will be notified as to the status of their request no later than December 23rd, 2021.

Busch Sports Park accommodates slowpitch softball and cricket.

Please keep in mind that only Saturdays are available for tournaments.

Dates are available from April 2nd through October 29th, 2022.

2022 Field Rate
$155 per field, per day
$50 for lights (usage up to 11pm)

  • If a conflicting request exists on the same day for the same facility, the following criteria will be used to determine approval:

    - City sponsored programs and prior contractual obligations.
    - Economic impact to the City of Columbus, Ohio.
    - Number of fields and or days rented. Full facility rentals receive priority.
    - Pre-existing event with proven history
    - Major tournament (state, regional, national or international).
    - Rental history and past compliance with Parks and Recreation Policies and Procedures with the requesting person/organization.
    - Current condition of fields and impact to them and the complex.
