2026 Asian / Pacific American Festival Vendor Form
We invite you to participate as a vendor at the upcoming event at the Fil-Am Cultural Center, located at 234 West Oakfield Road, Pensacola, Florida, on May 16 and 17, 2026.

Vendor fees are as follows:

Standard Vendor Table: $175 total for both days

Food Trucks: $250 total for both days

Payments may be made by check, cash, or card.

Both indoor and outdoor set-up options are available. Each vendor will be provided with one table and two chairs. For select outdoor spaces, you are welcome to bring a 10' x 10' pop-up tent.

  • If you want more than one table pay $175 for each table. ($350 for 2 tables, $525 for 3 tables)
