This application form is to register your interest in sending your child to the Madrasah Perdaus Pre-Nursery programme.

Our Pre-Nursery Programme is for children born in 2016 (turns 3 in 2019).

It will be held three days a week, from Wednesday to Friday, and each session will be two hours long.

More information will be shared in the coming weeks.

Please note that your details are confidential and that we will not be sharing your details to any third parties.

Once received, we will get back to you within 5 working days, where more information on the requirements will be shared.
