March 2018 Mystic Restaurant Week
  • Participation Agreement

    During the week of Monday, March 5 - Sunday, March 11, 2018,
    I will provide a multi course meal for a Prix Fixe Menu at a price of Lunch- $15.00 and Dinner- $25.00. Tax and gratuities are not to be included in the price.

    Lunch is suggested to be two courses, dinner three courses.
    Lunch Example: 1st course - choice of soup or salad 2nd course - entree
    Dinner Example: 1st course - choice of appetizer or salad, 2nd course - entrée, 3rd course - choice of dessert or glass of wine

    OR

    I will provide a specific special that showcases my restaurant at a set price which I will provide and offer through the course of the week.
    Examples: $1 draft beers with the purchase of a large pizza, Complimentary dessert with the purchase of one entrée.

    ● Participating restaurants MUST offer the special menu all night every night they are open from Monday, March 5th to Sunday, March 11th. If your restaurant is not typically open on one of the days or for lunch, it is not required to be open.
    ● Menu items should be representative of your restaurant in both portion size and quality.
    ● Guests should not have to request the Mystic Restaurant Week menu and this should be in addition to your standard menu.
    ● Restaurant Week’s promotional materials and logos will be provided to promote the event to the best of your abilities prior and throughout the event. The menu/specials must be on the restaurant’s website and each establishment should have prominent signage alerting patrons to Restaurant Week and promote on their social media pages.

  • If the menu is not ready when registering, please be sure to email your Restaurant Week menu by February 19th to lauren@mysticchamber.org.
  • Fee Includes:
    GMCC to provide printed menu/specials with restaurant logo
    Web presences on GMCC website and eblasts
    Social media presences through GMCC
    News print advertising
  • Please be sure to send your logo so it can be used in marketing materials and printed on your menus.
  • NOTES:

    All restaurants must have their application and payment submitted by February 19th.

    Menu items and/or specials MUST be emailed to lauren@mysticchamber.org or uploaded above by February 19th to receive printed menus.
