2020 CAIP Arts Organization Annual Submission
Please read the program’s Investment Guidelines and Criteria before completing this submission form. The organization must ensure that all required information is provided.
Organizations applying for Annual Investments must be incorporated as a not-for-profit arts organization or a registered charity within the Province of Ontario. An Annual Investment is not automatically renewed every year.

Consultation is required.
Prior to starting your submission you must consult with a London Arts Council staff member to determine eligibility requirements. Consultation does not guarantee an investment.

LAC staff will be available for consultation by appointment through an email request to investment@londonarts.ca.

    ARTS ORGANIZATION ANNUAL INVESTMENT

    In signing this submission, the Arts Organization Signing Authority certifies that:

    I/We have read, understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions as outlined in the Community Arts Investment Program Conditions and Requirements of Arts Organization Annual Investment.

    To the best of our knowledge the information provided herein is accurate. The Arts Organization's scope of work as described in the submission will be carried out within the time frame provided.

    We understand that if there is significant change to the scope of work this must be approved by the London Arts Council first, we may be required to return the investment to the London Arts Council.

    • Late submissions are not accepted. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified and will not be reviewed by the Jury.

    • The London Arts Council’s CAIP Jury decisions are final, and are not subject to appeal. Any questions or concerns must be directed to the London Arts Council.

    • The Community Arts Investment Program does not make retroactive investments
