This form is just a request form. You will will be contacted within 1-2 business days after submitting this form to set-up an appointment to book your party. Parties must be booked 2-weeks in advance of party date. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

All parties are 3-hours long, which includes 30-minutes for set-up, 2-hours for your party and 30-minutes for clean-up and will be held in Multipurpose Room 1 or 2. Each room accommodates up to 30 guests. If you need additional space, both rooms are available to rent at an additional cost.

Food, refreshments and dessert are not provided. Party hosts must bring in their own.

To book a party you will need to have an online park district account or create a new account. If you don't currently have an account, you must verify your residency by providing a valid state ID AND tax, lease, or utility bill at the time of sale to receive the resident rate. No exceptions.

Appointment is for viewing the party room, reviewing guidelines, asking any questions, and booking your party. Appointments are available Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm.
