25-26 Parkview Baptist Athletics Media Credential
Media Access Policy

Thank you for your interest in promoting athletics at Parkview Baptist School. To ensure that all content shared from our games reflects positively on our school, the following guidelines must be adhered to by all media creators:

1. Positive Representation: All content, including photos, videos, and captions, must reflect positively on our school, athletes, and community. Content should promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and the positive values of our program.

2. No Explicit Language: Posts, comments, or captions containing profanity, derogatory language, or inappropriate comments are strictly prohibited.

3. Music & Soundtrack: If music is included in any video content, it must be free of explicit lyrics and offensive themes. Only clean versions of songs are acceptable.

4. Respect for Players and Coaches: No content should undermine the dignity of our players, coaches, or the opposing team. Any footage or commentary that negatively singles out individuals will not be tolerated.

5. Content Review: All content may be subject to review by the school administration or athletic department. Creators must comply with any requests for content removal or adjustment.

6. Professional Sideline Demeanor: Please stay in the designated areas of the sideline and away from players and game officials. Anyone making contact with participants or disrupting the game will be removed. The team "box" and sideline tent area is off limits.

7. Each credential will be issued with a number assigned to your name. This credential cannot be shared with anyone else. Failure to comply may result in the revocation of your media privileges. At the conclusion of your season coverage and/or at the end of the school year, we ask that you return your credential.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate loss of sideline access and media privileges at future events.
