Complete this form if you are planning to participate in Club Rush at San Diego Mesa College for the Fall 2023 semester.

Club Rush will take place from 11am to 2pm on Tuesday, September 19, to Thursday, September 21, at the Mesa Commons on campus. You may participate in as many or as few days as you please.
