AALECE 2019 Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at AALECE's 2019 summer conference, "Riding the Waves of Change"! Please read all of the information below carefully and fill it out completely. Your Vendor Registration is not complete until payment is received. If you need to make payment at the conference, those arrangements must be made and approved by the Conference Committee prior to the registration deadline.

    List any social media links your company may have. While marketing the conference in the coming months, we will engage with your various platforms as much as possible through our own Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. Links to your website will be put on the AALECE website as well.

  • Vendor Fees and Information

    Included in the Vendor Registration Fee of $100:

     Booth size will be 8x10.
     8’ navy blue drapery backdrop with 3’ blue draped side walls.
     2 chairs
     6’ table with navy tablecloth
     Company name/logo/info with links provided will appear on AALECE’s conference website
     If you have promotional items/brochures/business cards you would like to donate, we will put them in the registration bags to give to all participants. We can give an expected attendance once registration begins. (Estimated attendance 150-200)
