Please review the below policy and sign below to confirm your understanding of this agreement. The agreement is with Covington Fitness LLC, dba Newport Fitness, dba NewCov CrossFit:
1. In order to be eligible for the refund or incentive offer, you must attend a minimum of twenty-four (24) classes between 01/23/2021 - 03/05/2021
a. Note: If you meet the attendance goal early, you can continue to attend classes through 03/05/2021
b. A maximum of two (2) classes per day will count toward the attendance goal. These must be two different class types and if one is open gym, then you must work out for a minimum of 45 minutes.
2. You can attend any Beginner CrossFit, Fitcamp, CrossFit/Fitcamp or Boxing Bootcamp. You can also attend Regular CrossFit classes once you have attended a minimum of nine (9) beginner CrossFit classes, unless you have received approval from Emily.
3. In order to receive credit for class attendance, you must check-in to class with a trainer. If you attend open gym, you will need to find the assigned trainer to ensure you are checked in as they may be elsewhere in the gym.
a. You can pre-register for class in advance using the app or website.
b. Once you are at the gym, you must check-in with the trainer who will finalize the check-in.
c. If you did not pre-register, you can also check-in with the trainer at the start of class if space is available.
4. We will send you a text every Saturday to let you know your total attendance so far.
a. If you believe our count is incorrect, you must respond to the text message by the following Monday at noon to dispute the attendance count.
b. If you do not respond to the text message by the following Monday at noon, then you waive the right to dispute the attendance record that was sent to you.
5. Pricing
a. If you pay in full, the price is $150.00. (Note: if you paid a different price for the challenge, your eligible refund amount/amount that can be applied to a future membership is the price you paid less any amount that was for the measurements/grand prize).
b. If you want to be eligible for the grand prize, measurements and weekly weigh-in accountability, you must pay an additional $50.00. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future membership. To be eligible for the grand prize, you complete weigh in and measurements at the end of the 6 weeks. You must still do this by the end of the 6 weeks if your challenge is extended due to travel or illness.
6. Challenge Ending Details: We will review attendance records on 03/06/2021 and send out emails on 03/07/2021 with continuing membership and refund options. You must reply to the email by 03/21/2021 to let us know which option you would like to take advantage of. If you do not reply to the email by 03/21/2021, you waive the right to request the refund or accept the incentive contract.
7. If you have a scheduled vacation or travel plans during the 6 week challenge, we will extend your challenge the amount of days you are out of town, therefore extending your challenge ending date. You will have the original 6 weeks plus the additional duration to hit the 24 class goal. All dates mentioned in number 6. on the contract will be extended that duration as well. Please list your out of town dates and details of travel plans below. In order to have your challenge extended, you must notify us of your travel plans before you go out of town.
8. We reserve the right to ask for proof of travel or illness/injury, if you request an extension of your challenge.
