Honor Pin Nomination Form

The Honor Pin is a GSUSA National Award and the second highest award in Girl Scouting. This award is for volunteers who have contributed service that has been outstanding, over and above the expectations of the position held and has had a significant impact on at least two or more geographical areas of Council.

This award requires one nomination and two endorsements. The nominator and endorsers must all be different people.

The deadline for nominations for this award is February 4th at 6:08 p.m.
