2025-26 Call for Volunteers
FSAE & FOUNDATION COMMITTEES & TASK FORCES
Volunteers and the service you give to our Committees and Task Forces are vital to the success of FSAE and our members. Thank you for committing your time, energy and enthusiastic involvement towards building a stronger organization!
FSAE & the FSAE Foundation are issuing their annual Call for Volunteers to fill Committee/Task Force positions for the 2025-265 term. The official term dates run from August 2025 through July 2026 (Annual Conference).
The Committees and Task Forces meet throughout the year, with the dates and time being established by the Committee Chair. Generally all meetings are held by zoom, but occasionally meetings may be held face-to-face.
Below we have linked a brief overview of each of the Committees and Task Forces. Please take a few moments to review this information to determine which Committee(s) you would be interested in serving on.

Once you have reviewed the list, please complete the online Volunteer Application Form below no later than
August 8.
Just let us know if you are interested in serving on one or more Committees/Task Force and indicate your preference in priority order. We will try our best to place you on your first choice committee.
After the submission deadline, candidates will be reviewed and appointments will be made by the FSAE Chair and Committee Chairs. If selected, you will be contacted by the committee staff liaison who will advise you of your committee appointment(s) in late August/early September. Micro Volunteering Options - these are just that - small micro interactions throughout the year, as needed (this can be in addition to committee work or if you can only commit a small amounts of your talent)
Auction Advocates - Help build the FSAE Foundation Auction through donations, promotion and onsite at Annual Conference
CEO Advisory Committee – Association CEOs Only
Community Conversation-Starter - Chime in on existing posts in the Online Community, or help start new ones
Event Social Media Correspondent - Capture highlights and interview attendees at FSAE in-person events around the state
Meet & Greet - Arrive at events early and help welcome attendees and new members
Proof-Reader - Are you a reader? It's always helpful to have someone else look over new projects or publications before they go live.
Share Your Expertise - Write an article for the magazine or newsletters
Social-Media Supporter - Follow us on social channels and help us build awareness
Table Host - Facilitate connections and conversations on issues of interest at events
Welcome Warriors - Contact new members via phone and email and invite them to events
