We have created this online form to make it easier for bowlers who are not local to enter our Tournament. Bowlers who want a Reserved Entry (and to avoid the Walk-in Fee) must submit a completed Entry Form and payment by the Wednesday before the Event. Reserved Entries may be paid by Cash, Check or Venmo (additional fee applies) - see Rules #7 and 8. Walk-in Entries must be paid in Cash.
