I have read the Puyallup Santa Parade rules and regulations. I agree to comply with all policies, rules and regulations governing participation in the parade. I further agree that my organization/individual(s) shall hold harmless and indemnify the Puyallup Main Street Association, the Puyallup Farmers' Market, the city of Puyallup, the Puyallup Kiwanis Club, their representatives, successors, agents and employees from any liabilities, injuries or damage of any kind including but not limited to attorney fees and other costs of responding to or defending acclaims or litigation which may occur from the organization of individual(s) participation in the Annual Puyallup Santa Parade.
