Through its “Masr Ta3mal” program that is funded by the Social Fund for Development, the European Union, and the World Bank, Nahdet El Mahrousa, is on the mission to help grow your startup and support it through the growth stage. First (1) by supporting your talent-hunting & recruitment process to hire new employees, and training them with tailor-made training programs to strengthen and equip them with those necessary skills to thrive in their new positions; Nahdet El Mahrousa will also financially support you by covering part of their salaries and social insurance. (2) Secondly, Nahdet ElMahrousa will provide trainings to the start-ups’ founders in an effort to build your capacities and better prepare them for the upcoming growth phase they are about to enter.

Application Criteria:
- The company must be legally registered / in the process of finalizing registration and it must be less than 4 years old.

· The company must be based in one of the following governorates: Assiut, Minyia, Giza, or Cairo.

- The company must be ready and willing to hire from 3 to 10 new full-time employees within the upcoming 6 months.

- The company must provide proof of capacity and financial capability to maintain the newly hired employees within the company.


Service Offered:
The incubator offers the following services:

- A Contribution to 3-10 newly hired full-time employees’ salaries and social insurance for 6 months with a total contribution of L.E. 4000 (Four Thousand Egyptian Pounds) per employee for the entire six months.

- Technical and life skills training to the employees to make sure their skills fulfill the necessary criteria of the startup's available job vacancies.

- Capacity building trainings for founders that aims to secure a smooth sail through the start-ups’ upcoming growth phase.

- Nahdet El Mahrousa’s incubation services (technical assistance, account management, consultation from experts and professionals in diverse fields).
