TERMS & CONDITIONS
At Sweets by Morgan, all items are made from scratch and to order. Due to this, we prefer a minimum notice of 5 days for custom decorated items. All dates are subject to availability. We also understand that life gets hectic and you may have forgotten to order something. We've all been there (myself included). We will always try to accommodate those last minute orders with an added 10% rush fee.
After a custom quote has been agreed upon by both parties, you will receive an emailed invoice for a 50% deposit (Invoices are sent on Sundays and Mondays only, unless stated otherwise).
The deposit must be paid before or on the Tuesday before your pickup date is scheduled. An order is not placed until the deposit is paid. If the deposit is not paid by the due date, the order will be cancelled. The remaining balance will be due at the time of pick up. We accept debit cards, all major credit cards, and cash.
Changes to quantities, designs, flavors, or pick up day/time will be made at our discretion and ability to accommodate the request. Absolutely no changes can be made after the Tuesday before pick up.
All sales are final. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, the uneaten dessert or items must be returned within 3 days to assess their condition and decide on a resolution. There will be no refunds for melted or damaged items due to extreme weather conditions or improper handling of the items during transport. All items are the customers responsibility after leaving the front door of Sweets by Morgan.
The customer understands that Sweets by Morgan is not responsible for any food allergies a customer or party guest may have. We use peanuts, tree nuts, all purpose flour, soy, and eggs daily. It is your responsibility to inform all guests.
The customer understands that cake and cookie decorating is considered an art form, no two artists work are the same. Customer agrees that our sketches and ideas are presented as representations. The actual product may vary slightly based on designers creative interpretation, while maintaining the overall look.
Please fill out the form below and you will receive a response in 36-48 hours. We do not respond to order form requests, email or any other social media sites during business hours. If this is a time sensitive request, give us a call at 812.725.0080.
We ask that you not submit if the order has been requested via a different ordering platform unless you have been instructed to. If an order is placed on more than 1 platform, you will be charged for both at the time of pick up.
