Under The Sun Travel Destination Wedding Contract
As part of your destination wedding package Under the Sun Travel agrees to provide the following:
*Discuss budget, location, wedding date and ideas with bride & groom for their destination wedding.
*We require a $500 retainer for under 10 rooms and $1000 for 10+ rooms for our services. In the event that your wedding is not booked or cancelled for any reason, this fee is non-refundable. We will not hold dates until this fee is paid.
*We will secure the resort and date, connect
the couple directly resort wedding planner to arrange the wedding details.
*Rates will be negotiated off the group size, and entire group must be booked with Under the Sun Travel to receive all group benefits and amenities.
*We will maintain the necessary files for all travel arrangements, wedding details, and group reservations
*Webpage will be created for the bride and groom to be sent to their guests to book their rooms, and see the wedding details. Google document will be created and shared with bride and groom showing guests who have booked.
*A travel representative can be requested to be present for the wedding, and based off group party will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Under the Sun Travel requires bride and groom to carry adequate travel insurance, and if they choose not to bride and groom MUST sign a waiver of insurance and liability.
The bride and groom by signing this agreement agree to the terms and also agree to not hold Under the Sun Travel responsible for any unforeseen circumstances including bride and groom cancellation, weather conditions, or any other circumstance that may arise.
