This form is not a final submission for consideration. Dancers who do not attend our casting will not be considered. Dancers are not secured by, nor hired by, Solel International's Annual Fête. If individuals outside of Solel International's Annual Fête choose to compensate dancers, all commissions, agency fees, and financial liability for any required taxes, including federal, state and local wage withholding, is the responsibility of the Dancer, not Solel International.

Solel International / Solel International's Annual Fête
Solel International's Annual Fête events, including all castings, backstage activities, rehearsals, and all shows and events.
In consideration of good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as adequate and received, I hereby grant and assign all intellectual property rights and permissions of photos, videos and other reproductions taken of me during the above referenced project, to Solel International (“Company”)/
Solel International's Annual Fête, its heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, those for whom company is acting, and those acting with its authority and permission.
Company has the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right, permission, and license to take, assign, use, re-use, publish, edit, sell, and republish videos, photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, or reproductions thereof, made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known for print media and electronic media and distribution over the internet for illustration, sale, promotion of the Company or its sponsors, model, art, editorial, submission to media or trade magazines, or any other purpose.
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Company, its heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and all persons acting under its permission or authority or those for whom it is acting, from any liability for any injuries to myself. I also hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Company,its heirs, legal representatives, and assigns from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of such images as well as any publication of them, including without limitation any claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.
In consideration for supporting the designer(s), dancers who are selected to participate will receive monetary compensation based on their experience and performance. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship between Company and Dancer. As such, Company will not withhold taxes and Dancer will be solely responsible for paying any and all taxes incurred from amounts received by Dancer.
I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document. This document shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
